Does anyone still use faxing?  Why?
hospitals. i been asking the same thing about checks.
Grrrr I hate checks. I don't even want to write them for my rent but I can't do anything about it.
venmo?
i had to start writing check becasue of my association. i dont own any checks i ordered them they are still not here. why cant they just accept bitcoin or venmo?
I doubt Venmo will take hold with that kind of stuff but Bitcoin will take awhile. I'm honestly surprised a few big name companies are accepting it. I think it awesome!!!
people do pay rent in venmo and bitcoin

last week i bought shares of MZOR Mazor Robotics they make robots for spinal surgery
They seem like a healthy company. With $62 looks like they're alittle out of the range I'm looking to buy at.
$62 isnt expensive, burning through cash and not being profitable is...

thinking of burning through cash did you hear about this: "Bloomberg is estimating that, at its current rate of cash burn, Tesla will exhaust its entire cash reserves during the first week of August 2018 — Monday, August 6, 2018, at 2:17 a.m. (ET), if you want to be precise."

Are you surprised they're spending like that? It'll work out for them. They're investing in space so this isn't surprising to me.
You're right that $62 isn't expressive but I'm looking to stay in the $10-$40 range. I want shares.

UA, CY, SKX, TWTR, SWIR, TEAM. all about that range. i own all but not TEAM

Web Coding / Re: Tools for creating a website
« on: February 21, 2018, 05:32:57 AM »
Was just given a link to a coding ref website from someone at work. Check out http://devdocs.io/ looks super useful!!
interesting looks very useful. i would like to learn a programming python.
What's so special about it? I want to make sure we're all on the same page so I can make a business plan. We can learn anything you guys want. Just need to make sure it matches what we can make money with. I want to make desktop programs and Android apps personally but HTML, CSS, and Javascript are the only things that are easy to learn then migrate from. Not to mention everyone needs a website.
python goes well with linux. java isnt a bad idea only because its used everywhere, but it a very insecure language. as far as html 70% of the world's webpages are using wordpress which html is no longer needed but can be useful for wordpress.

I really wanted SNAP because I knew it was gonna boom one day but I feel like I'm gonna miss it. A few days after I posted this someone told me they jumped like 45 percent. It's still affordable but I wanted it cheaper.
i would pass on SNAP its not a profitable company, worth 23billion. twitter is a better investment right now. i'm waiting for the market to bottom before throwing money in. im socking away money right now and waiting, i think were in correction mode. the government shutdown will cause a drop in the markets like we have been seeing for the past few days.
Yea but it won't last forever. I never worry because it'll always go back up. Being a long term investor means time is on my side. With time the market always go up.

if i were to buy any crypto right now its Ethereum. the price has gone out of sync with the rest of the crypto market. up 30% opposed to down 40% for the rest on coinbase. i actually just bought a $100 of it. it looks like its forming support around $995 which if it will hit that would be a $200 drop. there might be a better opportunity.
